Guidelines for Conducting the Competition
1. A Notice is to be printed detailing the Importance & Names of Topic with dates , venues etc.
2. Maximum Institutions must be contacted. Please Remember the Importance of 2015.
3. A representative of our Organisation must visit the institutions ,discuss and explain the conditions
of Competition to the Authorities concerned.
4. The Competition must be conducted professionally with utmost discipline.
5. It would be always better to depute one representative from Organisation while the Test is being
6. The Answer Papers must be supplied by the Sai Organisation with affixing Signature & Seal of
the Office Bearer of the Organisation. Facing Sheets must be as designed in State Level.
7. Answer Sheets must be collected by the Representative then & there.
8. The Valuation must be done by Experienced Teachers / Professionals with spiritual background.
9. The Attached HINTS can be distributed in institutions to enable the students to understand the
mode of preparation to be done for the competition and also it must be Given to all the Experts
who are doing the Valuation. This must be ensured so that we will be able to achieve same
guidelines for Valuation in all Districts so that the Decision of Gold Medalists will be in the
10. All Units of the Districts must be properly briefed about the rules & regulations so that utmost
discipline will be maintained while conducting the competition in different centers.
11. Enough Publicity through Media also must be done before the Competition.
12. It would be always Encouraging and bringing credibility to Our Organisation , if we can give
Participation Certificates to All and a Small Cash Prize for First , Second & Third in Unit Level &
District Level. Sample of Certificates will be sent for all shortly.
13. The Students Registration Format with their Details must be given to the School and collected
back from after the Competition. Contact Telephone Nos must be collected from All.
14. It would be very effective and helpful for follow up action if the Prize Giving Ceremony can be
conducted in the School in Assembly Sessions with the help from School Authorities.
15. Plan for Follow Up Action must be decided and discussed with the Authorities and we will have
to maintain regular contact though conducting small educational & value based programmes.
16. Statistics Such as No of Boys & Girls in Each Category , No of Institutions etc must be Reported.
